Beware of people who self idolize, like the author of this article. In every corner there are people who say they can recognize talent in 3 to 5 minutes, or 3 to 5 notes for musicians. This is absolute BS.

Using this in any environment is a self-aggrandizing superiority complex. I hope no one works for a boss that uses these ideas of simplistic human interaction.
